It's All Clocks And Clouds Today 📆

Here’s What’s Happening 👇

Today’s top trending tickers:

TODAY'S ISSUE
It's All Clocks And Clouds Today 📆

Today's issue is one long Gann and Ichimoku pass over 23 tickers, all of them over $500 million in market cap. Gann's day counts handle the when. Ichimoku and the Square of Nine handle the where. 🧭

The time cycles (clocks) bunch up in the first week of November, and a lot of these coins run into the edge of their respective Clouds right around then, even if price goes nowhere. In order: 👇

  • Nov. 3 - more Gann counts land on it than any other day through Nov. 20

  • Monero - the cleanest chart on the board, with a $600 wall in its face

  • Bitcoin and Ethereum - one standing above its Cloud, one stuck in it

  • NEAR, Injective, Celestia and Worldcoin - four charts where one number or one date is currently the most important

  • Zcash - topped a day after the window identified in July

  • The under-the-Cloud club - eight tickers that fall out of their Clouds by Nov. 6 if price just sits there

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Nov. 3 Is Where The Clocks Pile Up ⏰

Thirteen of the 23 topped between Sept. 21 and Sept. 29, right around Gann's Sept. 23 seasonal date, first day of Fall. 😏

Then I counted forward. Gann day counts off the major highs and lows of all 23, tallied by date, put 19 on Nov. 3, more than any other day through Nov. 20.

Most of that bar is one alarm clock going off over and over. At least 15 of the 23 bottomed in the Feb. 6 flush, and Feb. 6 plus 270 days (three-quarters of Gann's year) is Nov. 3. Bitcoin's own counts go off four days running, Nov. 2-5, and Gann's early November seasonal date is Nov. 6-8.

Circle the first week of November. ⭕

Most of the majors have spent the last month falling down the stairs, and stuff that falls into one of these windows tends to bottom there, so bulls are likely looking at early November. But a Gann window gives you a date and zero opinion on direction. As I said in the Square of Nine edition, the dates just tell you when to look up from your phone.

A good chunk of the big names are stuck in the Cloud right now, the no-trade zone for anybody running Ichimoku straight. Most of them can stay in there while I go poke at the charts dangling off the edges. 👀

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Monero Has The Best Chart On The Board And A Wall Dead Ahead 🧱

Out of 80 tickers over $500 million, only two check every Ichimoku box on the daily and weekly. $XMR ( ▲ 2.33% ) is one. Its only neighbor up there is JUST, which stands for JUST don’t look at JUST. 🗃

The wall comes out of the January crash, $799.11 to $276.21 in 23 days. The 5/8 line of that drop is $603, and the Square of Nine adds $601 and $606. Take your pick, it's a $600 wall.

Price is sitting on it, with Gann dates landing Oct. 21 and Oct. 23. A clean break through $606 is probably what bulls want, and if it rolls over, the Kijun-Sen at $562 is next. 🚶

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Bitcoin Is Standing On The Cloud ☁️

$BTC ( ▲ 1.17% ) is only 0.2% above the top of the daily Cloud at $81,411. 🍺

Under that, it gets crowded, all inside about 1%:

  • $80,568 - the 1/3 line of the drop from the all-time high to the July low

  • $81,166 - the weekly Tenkan-Sen

  • $81,390 - 810° up the Square of Nine from the July low

But the Cloud's pulling a Blob move. The top climbs to $82,448 by Thursday, so Bitcoin can do absolutely nothing and wake up inside the Cloud this week. And it’s stuck in the Cloud on the weekly. If $80,500 gives way, the bottom of the weekly Cloud at $78,795 is the first speed bump, then the bottom of the daily Cloud at $74,921. 🤓

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Ethereum Is In The No-Trade Zone, But Look At That Floor 🧐

$ETH ( ▲ 2.09% )'s floor is crowded. The bottom of the daily Cloud is $2,329, the Square of Nine 540° up from the June 6 low is $2,332, and two more Gann lines sit at $2,368 and $2,373. 📐

Price is inside the daily Cloud, where by-the-book Ichimoku has nothing for longs or shorts, and the weekly's under its own Cloud. Bottom talk can wait until ETH is back over the top of the daily Cloud at $2,595.

And ETH already tested the floor, tagging $2,318.83 on Oct. 15 before closing back at $2,439. Also, that floor has an expiration date. Senkou Span B jumps to $2,565 on Nov. 5, so ETH doesn't have to move a dollar to be under the Cloud by Nov. 4. 🥛

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
NEAR Has A Nov. 7 Date With Its Cloud 🛗

$NEAR ( ▲ 0.39% ) ran from $1.54 on Aug. 11 to $5.98 on Oct. 12, 3.9x in two months, and it's spent the week since giving some of it back. 💸

Last Thursday's $4.53 low leaned right on the monthly Kijun-Sen, the line I had as resistance on Sept. 18 before NEAR blew through it. The Cloud is $3.70 today and climbs to $5.20 by Nov. 14. Hold price here and the two meet around Nov. 7, the start of a Nov. 7-9 Gann cluster, as long as that $4.53 low holds. 📅

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Injective Comes Down To $9.60 🎯

The top of the weekly Cloud on $INJ ( ▲ 3.82% ) is $9.60. That’s also smack dab on top of the 50% Fibonacci level of the much broader down move. 🧮

Everything under that line looks pretty damn good, with price above the Cloud and the Kijun-Sen at $7.89 as the backstop. A weekly close over $9.60 gets it out of the weekly Cloud and past the bear market's halfway point in one shot. 🥃

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Celestia Hit A Square Of Nine Top Almost To The Penny 🪙

$TIA ( ▲ 0.78% )'s Oct. 17 high was $0.765. Turn the Square of Nine 1980° from the June 6 low and you get $0.765. Boom. 🔬

It's down 19% since, and the daily Ichimoku hasn't noticed yet.

First stop down is the Kijun-Sen at $0.593, where bulls will probably dig in. Past that, the bottom of the weekly Cloud at $0.544, then $0.521, where the weekly Kijun-Sen and the 50% line of the run share an address. 🏠

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Worldcoin's Short Stack 🥞

$WLD ( ▲ 11.43% ) is at $0.5353, wedged inside half a cent of Gann math: 🥪

  • $0.5323 - four Square of Nine rotations off the May 17 low

  • $0.5354 - three rotations off the Aug. 7 low

  • $0.5372 - the 6/8 line of the August-October rally

Price is above the Tenkan-Sen and the Kijun-Sen, with the Cloud 19% below. If the stack gives way, the top of the Cloud is a long way down at $0.433. And there may be some chop because the Chikou Span on the daily is getting close to the candlestick bodies. So unless there’s a strong close higher, choppity chop chop is likely. 🪂

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Zcash Was A Day Late And 38% Short ⌛

In July I gave $ZEC ( ▲ 10.19% ) two Gann windows, Sept. 25 and Dec. 24, and said a violent move into either was likely to run out of gas. ZEC ran 6.7x from June to a $1,691.84 high on Sept. 26, one day after the window. Then it came apart like a Jenga tower in a moving truck, 38% in 22 days. ⛽

Monday's bounce closed back under the $1,152 5/8 line, inside the daily Cloud, and the Chikou Span is 27% under its candles, about as far underwater as it gets without a snorkel.

Below the bottom of the Cloud at $1,069, $972 is where bulls are likely to make their stand, the 50% line of the run with the weekly Kijun-Sen on top.

Coincidentally, the NU7 upgrade is Nov. 5, inside the Nov. 2-5 window, and the second window, Dec. 24, is still out there. Magic 8 Ball material, sure. It's on the calendar anyway. 🎱

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
The Under-The-Cloud Club Is Taking New Members 🐻

Price under the Cloud is bear territory in Ichimoku, and these are the tickers already living there or about to move in. 👇

$XRP ( ▲ 2.5% ) topped first, Aug. 22 at $1.6977, right on the monthly Tenkan-Sen. Now it's under the daily Cloud, with Chikou under its candles too.

Getting $1.3426 back, the weekly Kijun-Sen and the bottom of the daily Cloud at once, is still the first thing bulls need. Sunday's $1.255 low held just above the $1.25 Sept. 16 low. Double bottom, for now.

$DOGE ( ▲ 2.49% ) is worse. It dropped under the Cloud on every timeframe Oct. 8, so there's no higher timeframe to lean on. The only thing holding it up is one Square of Nine rotation off the Aug. 1 low at $0.0785, and that got run over Sunday before price crawled back.

$ADA ( ▲ 2.37% ), $HBAR ( ▲ 1.39% ) and $LTC ( ▲ 2.67% ) are hanging off the bottom of their Clouds by their fingernails. At these prices Cardano falls out Wednesday and Litecoin around Oct. 31.

Hedera's Cloud has gone full Gandalf, an 18% wall going up over price by Friday.

Freeze every price where it opened today, and the under-the-Cloud club picks up five more members by Nov. 6: $ETH ( ▲ 2.09% ), $HYPE ( ▲ 2.63% ), $SOL ( ▲ 1.71% ), $BNB ( ▲ 1.53% ) and $ZEC ( ▲ 10.19% ). ⚖
