Avalanche Gets Its Own NASDAQ Vehicle 

The Mooch is going all in on getting $AVAX.X ( ▼ 1.92% ) its own DAT (digital asset treasury).

AgriFORCE Growing Systems ($AGRI) is shedding the farming vibes and rebranding as AVAX One with the ticker AVAX - the first publicly traded Avalanche-focused company on the NASDAQ.

They want to raise $550M, scoop up a mountain of AVAX, and give Wall Street a “pure play” into Avalanche without making anyone figure out how to use MetaMask.

The advisory board is led by Anthony Scaramucci (SkyBridge) and Brett Tejpaul (Coinbase Institutional).

CEO Jolie Kahn called Avalanche “the new foundation” of financial markets, while Matt Zhang (ex-Citi) said they want to be the “Berkshire Hathaway of the on-chain financial economy.” 

The strategy is straightforward: stockpile AVAX, then buy fintechs and pull them into the Avalanche network to juice NAV premiums and lock in cash flow. 📈

Forward Industries Wants Its Shares Living on Solana ⛓️

Forward Industries $FORD ( ▲ 3.45% ) is taking the leap from Wall Street ticker to getting tokenized on $SOL.X ( ▼ 1.64% ). 🪙 

The company announced a deal with Superstate’s Opening Bell platform that will let shareholders tokenize and hold FORD stock directly on-chain. In case that wasn’t enough, Forward is also grabbing an equity stake in Superstate itself, tying its future to the RWA rails it wants to run on.

Once live, FORD shareholders can tokenize their stock for 24/7 trading, instant settlement, and global liquidity that doesn’t shut down at 4 p.m. ET. Forward is also in talks with Solana DeFi heavyweights Drift, Kamino, and Jupiter Lend to make tokenized FORD usable as collateral.

That means FORD shares could back loans, yield strategies, and whatever else degens dream up.

This comes right after Forward closed a $1.65B PIPE - the largest Solana-focused digital asset treasury raise to date - with Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin all buying in. 💰️
